Your rental includes:

• Lighting equipment (basic strobes/softboxes)

• Standard furniture/props available in-studio

• Use of changing area, prep station, and lounge

Additional gear, backdrops, and specialty props may be rented separately.

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your slot. This ensures the space is reserved exclusively for you.

Absolutely. Tours can be scheduled in advance so you can see the space and plan your production.

Rental time starts at your scheduled time. Early entry is not permitted unless booked as additional time.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate. Please plan accordingly to avoid overage charges.

Yes. We offer cameras, lenses, and additional lighting gear for rent. Equipment must be reserved in advance.

Our studio comfortably fits 10–12 people. Larger productions must be cleared with management beforehand.

Special effects such as smoke machines, glitter, or confetti require prior approval and may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Yes, we have free on-site parking for guests. Additional parking is available nearby.

The studio must be returned in the condition it was found. If excessive cleaning is required, a $25–$100 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
